1) Our new 3T Siemens Prisma system - installed and calibrated.

2, 3) The first sets human brain images have been acquired.

3,4) The corridors are now open-plan throughout the Center and office-space for BIC staff has been refurbished.

5,6,7) The space under the drop-zone has been finished out with flexible lab / interview room spaces.

7/14/2023

1) The 3T Prisma system installed just prior to ramp to field.

2) Finish-out of the Center beneath the access shaft drop-zone currently in progress.

3) Paving stones have been re-laid on the NHB patio, covering the location of the access shaft.

7/14/2023

1) The 3T Prisma system arrives on campus.

2) Equipment cabinets being hoisted into the BIC suite.

3) The Prisma begins its journey into the BIC.

4) The system is positioned above the access shaft, and 5) arrives in the Center.

1) Removal of a beam section from the patio deck. 2) Progress on opening up the access shaft.

3) The final beam is removed from the opening.

4) The approx 13' x 13' access shaft opening is now fully accessible.

5/4/2023 – 5/5/2023

1), Scaffolding in place to support the NHB patio prior to creating the access opening.

2) Saw-cutting of the patio deck to open up the shaft.

3) Daylight now visible from the drop-zone in the basement !!

5/3/2023 – 5/4/2023

1) Excavation underneath NHB to reach limestone bedrock for the footings that will support the access shaft superstructure.

2) Rebar cage component of the footing. 3) Rebar cage in place, ready for the concrete pour

4/25/2023

1) Facade lintel removed for crane access into NHB patio.

2) Relocation of HVAC ductwork and piping in the mezzanine level to clear the shaft drop-zone.

3), 4) Patio paving slabs removed revealing the location of the new access shaft.
