Dean's Office submits

Departments should email COE-FacultyAffairs@austin.utexas.edu to initiate the requests listed below. The Dean's Office will submit these forms in ServiceNow on behalf of departments:

Dual Career Program
Faculty Retention
Pre-Review for Tenure
Prior Approval Request (PAR)
Probationary Period Extension
Provost Approvals
Unit Transfer
