  • In the Word folder, delete LinkCreation.dotm, then restart Microsoft Word to test that the error is gone by opening a blank document.
  • In the Powerpoint folder, delete SaveAsAdobePDF.ppam, then restart Microsoft PowerPoint to test that the error is gone by opening a blank document.

Deleting the Powerpoint File

  • Within the 📁 Startup folder, open the 📁 Powerpoint folder

  • Delete the file called “SaveAsAdobePDF.ppam
