- The content is intended to be self-paced and should take approximately 90 minutes to complete. Some sections include brief reflective assessments at their conclusion.
- Select “Next Section” “Begin” to enter the site and then select “Begin” when you are ready to start a new section.
- Advance within each section by simply clicking the orange navigation panel at the bottom or top depending on which direction you want to move.
- Once you’ve completed a section, you may have reflective questions to complete before being able to advance to the next section.
- If you need to complete the training in smaller chunks of time, your web browser will save your place. Sessions close after a week, so be sure to finish within seven days after starting.
