Starting in Fall 2024, the College of Liberal Arts will require all units to report the appointment of TAs to the course that they are assigned each TA’s course assignments to during the fall and spring semesters using FaSET (Faculty and Student Electronic Tracking).
Note: If you are your unit that uses centralized course management servicesCourse Management Services, please check -in with your course scheduler on who should be inputting input this information in FaSET. Current authorized users will have access to the system, but if . If you would like to add authorize additional users for this process, please reach out to contact your course scheduler.
The Process:
Login to FASET: https://utdirect.utexas.edu/oir/fasttrack/index.WBX
*Review ‘Important Dates’ and ‘FaSET FAQ’ in the Navigation Menu of FaSET for important information
On Navigation Menu, select ‘Class List’
