Early Spring

  • CNS Associate Dean meets with P&T candidates

  • Candidates start submitting P&T materials to the Department

  • All candidate materials must be complete and submitted to the Department




Late Summer

  • Faculty Department faculty vote on P&T dossiers

September

  • Department submits completed P&T dossiers to the College

October, November, December

  • P&T dossier review by the College and the President's Office

February

  • President notifies Dean of P&T decisions

  • Department Chair notifies candidates of P&T decisions

March

  • Final arguments due to the Provost's Office for terminal appointments
  • Requests for CCAFR review due

  • CCAFR reports due to the President; candidate receives copy of the report
