The candidate must provide a short personal statement (limited to four pages) that summarizes their:
- teaching philosophy,
- educational goals for the courses and students taught,
- relative success in accomplishing these goals,
- description of any innovations or unique methods used,
- self-reflection about changes implemented to address challenges,
- discussion of demonstrated improvement, and
- presentation of other materials to facilitate teaching evaluation.
