Any candidate who has elected to combine service with time in rank at a prior institution must include a folder entitled “Teaching Evaluations from Other Institutions” containing available assessments of their teaching in rank at the previous institution (e.g., end-of-semester course evaluations with student comments and peer teaching observation reports) across the same time periods as detailed in subsection G.6(c).
