  • It is your responsibility to keep your Program of Work updated. Be sure to update it each semester prior to advising. If you are not sure what you have taken, you can look up your courses via your Grade Report online
  • Refer only to your specific Program of Work in UT Box. Programs of Work may vary between cohort years, unless otherwise directed by your program Area Chair. Programs of Work often differ between cohort years due to changes in course availability, titles, accreditation requirements, etc.
  • Do not keep multiple copies or versions of your Program of Work in UT Box.
  • Program of Work changes: occasionally, courses are changed due to faculty departures/additions, accreditation changes, etc. If a course on your Program of Work is no longer available, your Area Chair can recommend an appropriate substitution during advising.  
  • Check that all your approved Course Waiver forms are present in your Program of Work folder in UT Box. If any are missing, contact the EDP Graduate Coordinator

If you are a current (vs. incoming) EDP student: you you should already have a Program of Work in your UT Box Program of Work folder. If you have any trouble viewing it, contact the EDP Graduate Coordinator.Important: Programs of Work often differ between cohort years as course requirements can change over time due to course availability, course title changes, accreditation requirement changes, etc. Students should use only their cohort-year-specific Program of Work unless otherwise directed by their program's Area Chair.
