IMPORTANT: Faculty must obtain prior Prior approval from EDP EDP must be obtained before making any purchases/hires or traveling. Be sure to submit requests as far in advance as possible - purchase and travel requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, and Service for Hire and Faculty Travel Grant requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance. EDP is very rarely able to pay/reimburse without prior approval, and UT has very stringent rules around how travel, purchases and contracts must be handled. |
