TBA (week of Feb. 3rd - 7th), SZB 538N September 9, 2021 - Informational session for researchers will be held virtually from 1-2pm (Zoom link: https://utexas.zoom.us/j/99009131529). We strongly encourage new researchers to attend this session about using the management system and creating your study in the system. The Subject Pool Coordinator will send out an email with a confirmed date and time shortly after the start of the semester.
Friday, February 5th September 15, 2021 - Subject Pool Study Proposal Submission form due by 5pm.
WednesdaySeptember 22, February 26th 2021 - Study opening date for IRB-approved studies. Studies may also open after this date.
MondayNovember 24, April 27th 2021 - Study closing date for all EDP Subject Pool studies. Studies close at midnight that evening. You may close your study earlier, but this is the last possible day to run participants.
FridayNovember 28, April 29th 2021 - Finalized study credits are due from all researchers.
FridayDecember 6, May 7th 2021 - End of semester; last class day.
