- October 1 25 – Merit, Comprehensive Post-Tenure, Mid-Rank (Associate) Reviews and Mid-Probationary materials due
Note: to be eligible for a merit raise, review materials must be submitted by this deadline. - October 1 25 – Committee Chairs Meeting
- October 1–November 1025 – November 29 – Review committees meet & complete reviews
- November 11 – 30 – Completed Merit Reviews Due
Final review committee meeting (Committee Chairs + Dept. Chair) - November (2nd half) December 6 – December 13 – Individual faculty meetings with Dept. Chair
All TT and NTT faculty, unless they’re a 1st-year faculty or received a Comprehensive or Mid-Probationary review. - February 1 – Deadline to invoke right of consideration, Comprehensive Post-Tenure and Mid-Probationary Reviews Due and 1st Year Faculty Merit Materials Due
- February (1st week) – Budget Council Meeting to vote on which faculty will go up for promotion, and will discuss any unsatisfactory Comprehensive or Mid-Probationary reviews
