Posting Quarterly Endowment entries

1. Go to utimco.org and then log in.  At this page select "DIST - Distribution Summary" and the prior quarter's dates, then "submit":Image Modified
   You will get a report with the following heading. 
   
   Image Modified

Then enter the account number to find the matching $ transactions (3 per line) and post them in LP6: 
Image Modified
use the codes as follows:   3: Admin 4: Income 5: Endow     

 Run the report on/after Nov 30, February 28/29, May 31, and August 31.
