Open Adobe Media Encoder and click ADD>Navigate to the file you want to encode and select it | | ||||||
Click on the "Format" pulldown and select the FLV/F4V setting | | ||||||
Then click on Settings | | ||||||
On the Preset select HDTV 1080p24 High Quality | | ||||||
Click on the Video Tab and on the Frame Rate change it to 23.976 | | ||||||
Here are the Export settings that I used | | ||||||
Then click on "Output File" and select a place to put the encoded file | | ||||||
Then click Start Queue |
