The College of Communication’s Technology Services supports computer systems in student labs and classrooms in BMC, CMA and CMB. Student lab and classroom support is our top service priority.

This policy will simplify the management of lab computer software by establishing a common look, feel and configuration for all lab computers throughout the College. Because the software configurations will be consistent in every lab, users can move between labs without sacrificing capabilities. Students, faculty and staff will always be greeted with a familiar setup on every managed computer in the College. Most importantly, Tech Services staff will be able to maintain safe, secure and reliable computer labs.
