Open terminal and type in
sudo chmod 777 and type in the following:
sudo chmod 777 /media/techstaff/dfa0fef4-oafa-427b-aab5-2d0f48a84a22
the cmb4112/ (followed by the name of your drive)
Use the name of the drive after that shown in the properties of the above example. This is shown here in the terminal example.
Or if the techstaff user account gets deleted you can use commpowerHere is an example:
sudo chmod 777 /media/commpowercmb4112/dfa0fef46ebcdf21-oafaf950-427b432d-aab5-2d0f48a84a22b05c-32361936626d (or the name of the drive NOTE THIS PICTURE IS WRONG DO NOT CAPITALIZE MEDIA use media in the terminal commandyour particular drive don't use this example)
Next go to the mount the fileserver to get your DCP off of temp_transfer if it was stored there so you could copy it to your EX2 formatted HD.
