Step One - AVID - Prep the sequence with a Countdown at beginning and End Of Picture tail pop at the end

Image Size Adjustment – choose Image sized for current format
Color Levels - Choose Do not modify, treat as legal range
Alpha Channel – choose Ignore

Ignore Filtering and Frame Import Duration

Click OK

Download these two files Countdown and Universal Tail Leader Move these two files to your Hard Drive from the downloads folder	Countdown - ProRes.mov Universal Tail Leader.mov
Open your AVID Project and Import Link to the two quicktimes you just downloaded. Go to >File>Input>Import Media	Image Removed
Select the two files Click on Options	Image Removed
Click on Options again	Image Removed
	Image Removed	Choose DNxHR SQ Make sure you select your hard drive as the destination for the saved file Then choose Open Image Removed Open a Bin and right click and choose>Input>Source Browser	Image Added
Navigate to the files and Choose Link to the two files	Image Added
