The Master’s Graduation Application form must be completed and submitted during the appropriate time period:
- Summer Fall 2023 Graduates – June 1, 2023 – July 28August 28, 2023 – November 10, 2023
Students who do not submit the form by the deadline will not be eligible to receive their degree until the subsequent semester.

The Graduate School does not receive Docusign forms, so you must download the completed Master's Committee Approval form signature page or Delayed Publication request request as a PDF, then email to GradStudentSvcs@austin.utexas.edu
August 11 December 1, 2023 BEFORE 3:00 p.m. is the due date for submitting your Thesis AND then emailing the Master's Committee Approval form and optional Request to Delay Publication.
