November 12, 2021by April 15, 2022
You must be registered for C E x99W – DISSERTATION (3, 6, or 9 hours).

Graduating students MUST submit their Graduation Application online no later than November 12, 2021April 15Students who do not submit a Doctoral Degree Candidate Form by this date will not be eligible to receive their degree this semester.

Deadline for requesting a final oral exam or dissertation defense: November 9, 2021April 12

The last day a doctoral candidate may hold a dissertation defense November 19, 2021 April 22
The Graduate School will acknowledge the date of the defense, and will follow up with an email including the final committee signature page, also known as The Report of the Dissertation Committee. 
 
All required forms and paperwork MUST be submitted to the Graduate School by December 3May 6, 20212022, 3:00 p.m. CST for FALL 2021 Spring graduation.
