The CARE Counselor does not replace the Behavior Concerns Advice Line. If you believe a student could be a danger to self or others, and you have not spoken with the student to give them resources, this is the number to call. It is ok to call this number even if you've given the student resources.

The Student Ombuds office is here to listen to students’ concerns in a safe setting about life at the university and confidentially discuss interpersonal difficulties, university policies, university bureaucracy, and conflict resolution techniques.
