Please update your password on devices where Wi-Fi credentials could be stored. An easy way to accomplish this is to "forget/delete the utexas network". Then proceed to start a brand new connection to the "utexas" Wi-Fi using your new EID credentials.

Saved Browser Passwords
Browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer may have your old EID password stored/cached on sites such as UT Direct. You should receive a prompt to update your stored password. In the case you do not, please manually update your saved password.
- Update, clear cached entry for Office 365 applications, mobile email clients, browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer).
