The UT Service Desk offers phone support (512-475-9400) Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and in person from 8am - 6pm in the Flawn Academic Center (FAC). ECE-IT can provide assistance by guiding you through this process, but we have limited access EID accounts.
- Changing your EID password will impact applications such as: UTDirect, Workday, Office 365 (web, mobile apps, Outlook), UT Wi-Fi, UT VPN.
- Make note of all your devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc), your EID credentials will need to be updated.
