Please include a print out of your approved Job Submission form, which must include the job number ("JA1xxxx"), in or on your shipping package. Samples shipped to the GSAF should be sent in 1.5 mL tubes with their caps wrapped tightly in parafilm and protected from crushing. We recommend all shipments be made on dry ice, though high quality DNA is usually safe at ambient. Please see our Sample Input Guidelines for how to mark your tubes and other sample input information.
