Undergraduate student staff in non-academic support roles would be assigned in this job title; Sanger employs only Federal Work Study Award eligible students in this title. The structure for beginning and continuing salaries is as follows:
FreshmenStarting salary: $7$11.7525/hr
Sophomore: $8After four completed semesters of (mostly*) consecutive employment: $12.50/hr
Junior: $9.25/hr
Senior: $10.00hr
NOTE: Starting fall 2019, the majority of SLC student educators will be appointed for a full school year. Thus, pay rate increases will only happen between academic years, not between fall and spring.
