  • The My Submittals dashboard displays all the user’s your invoice submittals. This dashboard allows users you to quickly view what is pending or recently submitted. Users Your may search their your submittals or filter them by the available fields.
  • The My Department dashboard displays the user’s your departmental submittals. The displayed data will relate to the user’s your PID. If the user is you are a Super Customer, all their your departments’ submittals will be available on the dashboard.   • The Department Approvals dashboard will only appear for divisions that have the Departmental Authorization function enabled and the approver role assigned. Users with If you have the Departmental Approval assigned, you can view all the pending submission that require their your review. Users You may search these submittals or filter by the available fields.
  • The Process dashboard will appear for Processors and contain if you are a Processor. It contains data for the invoices they were you have been assigned to process. Items that are Rushed or Priority will appear at the top of the dashboard automatically.
  • The Cancelled dashboard will show any cancelled submittals for the user’s your department(s).
  • The Review dashboard shows submittals in the Review status. These items are being reviewed by the Processor. The Processor may request additional signatures or information during this phase.
