The Search page Menu allows users you to select a search by Invoice Submittals, Billing IDT Records, and Letter Bill Records and takes you to the Search Page. BillingOn the Search Page, a menu bar allows you to select from the same search categories.
Billing IDT Records and Letter Bills are typically only for Billing customers; however, users can see what has been charged to their PID department’s debit account. This search ability relates to the Billing Debit role, which is automatically assigned based on the user’s PID. Note that searching by a submitted date range or other filters and parameters will produce the best search results. General searches may retrieve a lot of data and take time to populate.
