Lessons learned:

The team learned several valuable lessons in doing this project. First, most of the times, the goals you set at the beginning, most likely are to be reduced on the final prototype. We also learned how sometimes, even if everything works on paper, once you start budling there will definitely be setback. An example of this is the motor controller that gave us a lot of issues when we began building the final prototype. We spent more than two hour trying to figure out the problem, but it turns out both motor controllers we tried were bad.

Acknowledgements:

We would like to thank Professor Rohit John Varghese and the teaching team: Sid Desai, Victor Guzman, and Ashwin Hingwe, as well as the TIW staff for guiding us and helping us achieve this final project. Their dedication and readiness to respond to our questions and problems were unparalleled. Additionally, the facilities and equipment that were available to us were also of enormous help.

The team only had a little over a month to work on the project, from research to the final build, and the final result would have not been possible without the help of these individuals and access to these facilities and equipment.

Tips for Future groups:

We would recommend for future people taking this course is to ask a lot of questions. Don't be shy. Our TAs were always ready to help and answer questions. Also, there are no dumb questions. No one will shame you for anything, and you may think your question is dumb, but more than likely, someone else had/has that same question.
