Right now webcam functionality must be turned on by the Quest team–please Quest team (but that will change for fall 2020)–please send a note to questhelp@austin.utexas.edu with the name and URL of the assignment you'd like to be monitored. We're working on making this functionality (as well as stringency, ie a soft webcam offer but no consequence if one doesn't have one, or locked down must use webcam or get locked out of the assignment) Instructor facing, but it might be a little while.
You will have the option to prompt for webcam (in which case students can deny it and continue) or require webcam (in which case students must allow in order to get access to the test).
