5) Please note, if you enter an answer but don't click 'submit answer' your response will not be saved or submitted. When you return to this slide you will still be able to submit an answer, but any previous answer choices or entries will not display if electing to move between slides.
6) Once you have clicked 'submit response' (and received the 'your response has been received' note), your answer is immutable and cannot be changed.
