Institution: The institution where the course you would like to copy from is hosted.

Semester: The semester the original course was created in.

Course: The name of the course where the assignment is hosted.

Assignment: The name of the assignment you would like to copy.

Dates

Start date: The beginning of student access to the assignment.

End date: The end of student access to the assignment.

Solutions available:The date the solutions to the assignment will be available for students to download. Solutions will not be viewable if this field is left blank.

Points/Question

This sets the default points per question for the assignment, however this is adjustable per question for some assignment types.

Override Default Participation Credit

This prevents students from receiving the default participation credit (set in the grading scheme) for this assignment.

Show Slide View

Show one question at a time instead of the default of multiple questions per page.

Randomize Question Order

Randomizes the organization of the questions on the assignment. The answer choices of multiple choice questions are always randomized regardless.
