Faculty appointment considerations will normally occur only once a year in concert with the University calendar. Normally, requests Requests of faculty appointment are accepted during the month of October of any given year. The administrative staff processes all requests during the month of November and the executive committee reviews them in December. Final appointment decisions, as well as dossier requirements and deadlines, will be communicated to all applicants in mid-January. Appointments will officially start on the first day of September.
