As packages arrive to the office, the club will be notified when the package is ready for pick-up in Gregory Gym (GRE 2.204: RecSports Programs Office). A lot of packages are processed through central receiving before arriving to our office. So even if you have received an email that the package was delivered, it may not have arrived to our office yet. As soon as we receive a package, the club will be notified via Teams, so please wait until you receive a message from us to pick up a package. The club will need to schedule a "Package Pick-Up" via Bookings to come retrieve the items. The club is responsible for verifying the package contains the purchased materials. Once confirmed, the club is permitted to take the items. Club should label all new equipment purchased, and add it to their inventory sheet.
