How do I make an appointment? | MyUGS: Public Speaking Center Appointments
What kind of appointments do you offer? | Consultants can assist you as you plan for your speaking opportunity by acting as a sounding board for ideas, or by helping you prepare speaker notes and visual aids (preparation phase). You could also rehearse your presentation and receive feedback on content along with your vocal and nonverbal delivery (rehearsal phase).
Do you all take walk-in appointments for Public Speaking Consultants? Can I make an appointment now? | "Yes, we do take walk-in appointments for the Public Speaking Center." If a student arrives at the start of the hour (i.e. 1:00pm rather than 1:25pm) for a Public Speaking Center appointment and does not have an appointment scheduled, check MyUGS to see if a speech consultant has an available appointment at that time. https://utdirect.utexas.edu/apps/ugs/ugsdb/scheduling/speech/appointments/ Contact an available speech consultant on TEAMS to see if they are available to take a walk-in.
