If you need to access an elevator during the tour, there is an elevator in the Winship Lobby near the restrooms.

Please do not enter a space if it is occupied. If the space is empty and the door is unlocked, then you are welcome to enterany of the studio or classroom spaces. You may enter the Oscar Brockett Theatre and the Payne Theatre if the doors are unlocked

Studio 2.180 serves as a classroom, rehearsal space, and performance venue for faculty and student curated work. The lighting grid, sound booth, and flexible seating make it an admirable option for students to practice their craft in a black box style theatre. Exit the studio for the next stop on our tour. 

Stop Seven: Costume Shop

(Note: Please do NOT enter the costume shop. You are welcome to peek through the windows.)

Costumes for all of our main stage productions are made in-house in our costume shop. The shop consists of a community of staff members, graduate, and undergraduate students who design and make the costumes for each show. Students can apply to work in the costume shop as stitchers, craft assistants, office/shop assistants, wardrobe crew chiefs, or costume stock workers. Follow the hallway on the second floor until you reach the area that overlooks the atrium (see below).
