1. While in the print screen, select either WIN Staff Ricoh MP C2550 or WIN Faculty Ricoh MP 4001 (whichever one shows up for you). | |
2. From the pull down menu, select Layout. | |
3. There is a pull down menu for Two-Sided. From that menu, select Long Edge Binding (for normal print jobs) or Short Edge Binding (for landscaped print jobs). | |
4. In the Presets pull down, select Save As and save the present as "Ricoh Double-Sided. Make sure your existing Ricoh print settings are included in this preset. Select this preset every time you want to print double-sided, and you won't have to go through these settings every time. | |
5. Select Print. |

To Print a PDF Double-Sided (Preview)
Printing a PDF double-sided in Preview is much more straightforward. From the print screen, select Two-Sided (highlighted). Make sure you are using your Ricoh printing preset before you select Print. Printing a PDF from Adobe Acrobat should be able to use the above instructions. | |
