When installed on macOS computers, Adobe Acrobat Pro when installed Professional 2020 includes add-ins for the Office Suite named the following: linkCreation.dotm, SaveAsAdobePDF.xlam, SaveAsAdobePDF.ppam
These add-ins are then automatically put into the Office Suite and cause an error,
The add-ins are 32-bit , and since incompatible with the 64-bit Office suite is 64-bit they are unable to runresulting in a Run-time error (shown below) when certain Microsoft Office apps are launched. Since these add-ins donaren't work to begin withcompatible, removing them does not doesn't affect any functionality , and saving files within the Office Suite as .pdf still works. We are 're not sure why Adobe includes these when Acrobat is installed.
Removing the add-ins:
1. Quit all Microsoft Office applications.
2. Launch the UT Self Service (or "CNS App Store" if your device has not been migrated yet). This can be found within the Applications folder in Finderapp from the Applications folder.
