Each Spreadsheet generated provides a breakdown of Departmental devices or users and their Total Archive size.
The Total Archive size Archivbytes field is the amount of space used for backup sets for each device or user on the UTBackup server. This number is listed in kilobytes by default but can easily be converted to Gigabytes when diveded by 1,048,576 (1 gigabyte = 1,048,576 kilobytes).
