General Policies
- Equipment checkout services are allowed for active/enrolled School of Architecture faculty, staff, and student use only
- Maximum limit of 24 hours per reservation
- DSLRs & CNC bits have a maximum limit of 6 business hours per reservation
- Any exceptions are only valid for that exact reservation. If a patron has received an exception on one reservation, they are ineligible for future exceptions.
- Maximum limit of one item per type per reservation/period
- Example: one workstation at a time
- Reservation extensions (maximum of two 24-hour extensions) are allowed, but not guaranteed. Extensions must be done in person with ALL current reservation items present at the time of renewal.
- Those on the Greylist are ineligible for extensions
- Reservations will be canceled after 30 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time
- All equipment must be returned/renewed at the service desk
- Patrons will be penalized per checkout for returning late, missing, lost, or broken equipment, and each violation counts as a separate offense. Penalties are as follows:
- 1st Offense – Warning
- 2nd Offense – 2-week suspension
- 3rd Offense – Semester-long suspension
