10/9/2018 UT Mail Date has passed and users who have not converted need to work with the Service Desk to set up theirĀ 2FA

Instructions:

  1. Transfer to Service Desk (512-475-9400)
    1. NOTE: The queue is longĀ (30-60 minute wait), so warn them about the wait and do a COLD transfer to the Service Desk
  2. Service Desk will switch the account to personal, help them setup 2FA, then switch it back to business account
