Clearing your cookies and cache resolves the most commonly experienced browser issues. LAITS recommends using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. 
 

Chrome (Windows or Mac)

  1. In the address bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. At the top of the window, click "Advanced". Select the navigate as follows: Browsing History > Download History > Cookies and other site data > Cached images and files.
  3. From the time range menu, select "All Time." This will clear your entire cache.
  4. Click "Clear Data" and restart your browser.

  1. Click the menu button Fx57Menu and choose Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.

Cookies

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu , then Library, followed by History.
  2. Click Clear Recent History....
  3. Set Time range to clear to Everything.
  4. Click on the arrow next to Details
  5. Select Cookies and ensure no other items are checked.
  6. Click Clear Now and restart your browser.

 

Safari

  1. Click "Safari" in the upper left hand corner of your screen.
  2. Click "Preferences"
  3. Select "Privacy"
  4. Click "Remove All Website Data" 
  5. Click "Remove Now" 
  6. Restart your browser.
