Clearing your cookies and cache resolves the most commonly experienced browser issues. LAITS recommends using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. 
 

Chrome

  1. In At the address bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserDatatop right, click More MoreImage Added.
  2. Click More tools and thenImage Added Clear browsing data
  3. At the top of the window, click "Advanced". Select the navigate as follows: Browsing History > Download History > , choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time
  4. Next to "Cookies and other site data > " and "Cached images and filesFrom the time range menu, select "All Time." This will clear your entire cacheClick "Clear Data" and restart your browser" check the boxes
  5. Click Clear data

  1. Click the menu button Fx57Menu and select Preferences
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section
  3. Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear
    • Cookies and Site Data should both be checked
  4. Click Clear
