Clearing your cookies and cache resolves the most commonly experienced browser issues. LAITS recommends using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Chrome
- In At the address bar, enter:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
top right, click More . - Click More tools Clear browsing data
- At the top of the window, click "Advanced". Select the navigate as follows: Browsing History > Download History > , choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time
- Next to "Cookies and other site data > " and "Cached images and filesFrom the time range menu, select "All Time." This will clear your entire cacheClick "Clear Data" and restart your browser" check the boxes
