Clearing your cookies and cache resolves the most commonly experienced browser issues. LAITS recommends using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Chrome
- At In the top right, click More
- Click More tools Clear browsing data
- address bar, enter:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
- At the top , choose a time range. To delete everything, select All timeNext to "of the window, click "Advanced". Select the navigate as follows: Browsing History > Download History > Cookies and other site data " and "> Cached images and files
- From the time range menu, " check the boxesClick Clear dataselect "All Time." This will clear your entire cache
- Click "Clear Data" and restart your browser
