Clearing your cookies and cache resolves the most commonly experienced browser issues. LAITS recommends using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. 
 

Chrome

  1. At In the top right, click More MoreImage Removed
  2. Click More tools and thenImage Removed Clear browsing data
  3. address bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  4. At the top , choose a time range. To delete everything, select All timeNext to "of the window, click "Advanced". Select the navigate as follows: Browsing History > Download History > Cookies and other site data " and "> Cached images and files
  5. From the time range menu, " check the boxesClick Clear dataselect "All Time." This will clear your entire cache
  6. Click "Clear Data" and restart your browser

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the menu button Fx57Menu and select Preferences
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section
  3. Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear
    • Cookies and Site Data should both be checked
  4. Click Clear
