Creating New Deployment Requests
From ServiceNow Search
- In the upper-right corner of the ServiceNow homepage, click the magnifying glass icon
- Type "LAITS New Device Deployment Reassignment Request" and submit
- Scroll down to the "Knowledge & Catalog" section or click "Catalog Items" under the "Knowledge & Catalog" heading in the right navbar
Select "LAITS New Device Deployment Reassignment Request" from the results
Info title Add to Favorites You may also click-and-drag the "LAITS New Device Deployment Reassignment Request" option into your ServiceNow sidebar to favorite it for easier access in the future
- Fill out the request form as detailed here
- Click "Order Now" to submit the completed form
From ServiceNow Navigator
- In the navigator sidebar, find the "Service Catalog" category and click to expand it, if it is not already expanded
- Select "Catalog" from the "Service Catalog" options
- Select "Tech SupportDesktop and Mobile Computing"
- Select "Service DesksDesktop and Mobile Device Support"
Select "LAITS New Device Deployment Request"

- Click "Order Now" to submit the completed form
