CALLING FALL 2023 AND ADMITTED 2024 FULL-TIME PHELP AND EPP STUDENTS!

You are invited to participate in the placement exchange if you are seeking a paid Graduate Assistantship or Graduate Research Assistantship.


This event requires further participation and occurs four stages:            

  1. February 11th (8am CST): If you would like to be considered for assistantship opportunities please send your resume to Sarah Simi Cohen (sscohen2@utexas.edu) by Saturday, February 11th (8am CST) 
  2. Starting February 14th: Offices will contact you directly to schedule interviews via Zoom starting Tuesday, February 14th  (i.e., make sure you are answering the phone number and email address you include in the survey.) Zoom 
  3. March 3rd (5pm CST): Complete the Post-Placement Exchange Survey by Friday March 3rd by 5pm CST.
  4. March 13th: Offices offer jobs starting the week of March 13th (again, make sure you are checking your phone number and email).this week
