Pick-ups must be done every thirty minutes with the number of books and student initials recorded on the spreadsheet.
During a pick-up check both stack levels (5 and 6). All desks and tables on each level as well as each range (Look for books placed on top of the stacks, in between shelves etc.) Also check reading room tables.
At closing, always save the document before restarting computer.
