Sometime a new Quest release will prove to be too problematic for an instructor (especially in the middle or end of a semester). To return an instructor to a previous release:
- Log into Quest System Admin https://quest.cns.utexas.edu/systemadmin/main?tab_0=users-a
- On the User tab enter the instructor
Get instructor EID and use user, got to the bottom of the page and move to "none", add instructor info the the following spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XXISqOTFD8nb79Y0i-WXwTSN-a310X70ECXyPTvMzRQ/edit#gid=0 and note in the notes section on the OS Ticket
