Occasionally we may lose our connection to the server that supports the Meridian application. When this happens, the server should automatically reset and restore connection to the application. If you are using the Meridian application when this occurs, close the Meridian client, wait a minute or two and restart the application.
The following screenshot is an example of the error message you may receive when the server is unavailable.
