Creating New Deployment Requests

From ServiceNow Search

  1. In the upper-right corner of the ServiceNow homepage, click the magnifying glass icon
  2. Type "LAITS New Device Deployment Reassignment Request" and submit
  3. Scroll down to the "Knowledge & Catalog" section or click "Catalog Items" under the "Knowledge & Catalog" heading in the right navbar
  4. Select "LAITS New Device Deployment Reassignment Request" from the results

  5. Fill out the request form as detailed here
  6. Click "Order Now" to submit the completed form

From ServiceNow Navigator

  1. In the navigator sidebar, find the "Service Catalog" category and click to expand it, if it is not already expanded
  2. Select "Catalog" from the "Service Catalog" options
  3. Select "Tech SupportDesktop and Mobile Computing"
