To begin, you will first need to register to use the system. Please be sure you have requested your access by following these steps:

1. Visit cns.utexas.edu (you can also use your department's website to login and do all these steps).
2. Log-in using the "login" link at the bottom of the site at the right hand of the footer.
   1. https://cns[your department's domain].utexas.edu/log-on-off  --  (Example: For Physics, go to https://ph.utexas.edu/log-on-off)
3. When logged in Click on "My Profile" in the upper left of the site in the green editor bar.
   1. https://cns[your department's domain].utexas.edu/my-profile/activate-my-directory-entry
4. Click "Activate my Directory Entry" in the menu.

1. Navigate to the directory (https://cns[your department's domain].utexas.edu/directory/search).
2. Search for your last name
3. On your name, click "Full Profile"  to see all the information listed in your profile.

To edit your profile follow the three-step process listed in the image below: 1) Login at cns [your department's domain].utexas.edu (login button is at the bottom right of the homepage) and search your name in the directory 2) Once you've found your profile in the directory, select view "full profile" 3) Click the grey gear at the top right of the "full profile" page to edit and upload a photo.
