Sabine has convinced someone to do the orientation video (3-4 minutes) for exactly $1500 
This is scheduled for mid October and will probably be over 3-4 days.
The Dean is traveling in October and Michelle will work to get us on his his schedule.
Moth to Flame was brought up as an option. In the past they've charged 3k for a 7 minute video. Sabine is going to see if they would consider our budget for this project.
